How can we practice the mission of Christ in the twenty-first century? Should Christians actively try to make a difference?in AIDS awareness initiatives or other programs that aim to address issues of human suffering? Are Christians still called upon to evangelize those who have not accepted Jesus as their personal Saviour? Do Christians have a right to condemn those trapped in sinful habits? These and other questions are answered by the author. Readers are challenged to move beyond passive reflection on the sufferings of Jesus to an active participation in His compassionate ministry.
